Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t accept your return or refund for your personal reason.
Please contact Glitzhome Customer Service, indicating your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason.
*If you would like to cancel your order and request a refund before we pack and ship your order, the full refund will be issued to your original payment account in 1-3 business days. Please note: order can't be canceled if it picks up.
*If our item arrives damaged or is not working, you can request a new one or refund. Glitzhome is responsible for return postage fees, or replacement fees.
*If you want to return or exchange an item due to your personal reasons, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You need to be responsible for return postage fees, and original delivery fees. Glitzhome does not refund any shipping fees. Then the refund will be issued to your original payment account after we get the return in good condition.
Please be in mind that the following items can't be returned or exchanged:
-Items you have already assembled or used.
-Items are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
