Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t accept your return or refund for your personal reason.
Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
*If your item arrives damaged or is not working, you can request a new one or refund.
*If you return an item due to your personal reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please be in mind that the following items can't be returned:
-Items you have already assembled or used
-Private goods include but not limited to apron, throw, pillow, stockings, or rugs
If you would like to cancel your order and request a refund before we ship your order, the full refund will be issued to your original payment account in 1-2 business days.
If you would like to return an item due to personal reasons, a refund can only be done after we get the return in good condition. Once your return is received and confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment account.
