- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders can be placed only through our website. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. Please check it carefully to make all the details are correct. We will send a further email to advise you once your order has been dispatched.
- CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
- You have the right to change or cancel the order or any part thereof, at any time before picking and dispatching goods. To change or cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to customerservice@glitzhome.com. The change or cancellation of the order contract will take place on the date on which we receive the written notification. Once an order has been picked or shipped, change or cancellation is not possible.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery, depending on your location.
- *Please note: Shipment dates on all orders are estimated, not guaranteed. It may take longer than the expected date due to holidays, epidemics, or other causes.

- DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT?
- Yes, it is required if you want to place an order. You can see your order details and have the option to change your address and set a default address.
- I’VE SET UP AN ACCOUNT BUT FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- Please click on ‘log in’ and enter your e-mail address. We will then send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
- HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMOTION CODE/COUPON IN MY ORDER?
- The first step of the check out shows the content of your bag, providing you with an overview of your order before processing payment. Underneath the products you wish to buy is a field where you enter your code. Upon entering this information, select ‘apply voucher’ for your order to be updated with the relevant discount (providing you have fulfilled all the requirements stated on the voucher, such as minimum order value).
- WHEN WILL YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT?
- Your account will be debited immediately. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping, after which you will receive a confirmation email from us containing details about your order. If for whatever reason we receive your order and find that it cannot be accepted, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know and to organize a refund or an alternative solution.
- HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT IS SECURE?
- If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal.com website where you can log in to your account to complete the payment. On completion, you will return to glitzhome.com to view your Order Confirmation.
- WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
- Currently, we only accept PayPal payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay via PayPal with your credit card or bank debit card. No account is required.

- HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- All orders to the mainland United States are shipped free of charge.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND IF I CHOOSE TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
- If you choose to return your products we will process the refund following confirmation from our warehouse that it has been received and is in an unused and resealable condition. Your refund will be transferred within 5 to 7 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Customer Service for return within 14 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge, or you can choose to receive a full refund.
- If you return an item due to your personal reasons, please return it within 14 days of the order being received. Please be in mind that the following items can't be returned:
*Private goods include but not limited to apron, throw, pillow, stockings, or rugs
*Seasonal & Festival Decorations
*Items you have already assembled or used
Special note: the original delivery fee is non-refundable if personal reasons.

- At the moment, we don't provide a hard-copy Catalog or eCatalog. You can view our product through this website directly.
