When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the greatest savings and fastest delivery. We've partnered with multiple regional and national carriers, so depending on your location, tracking information can vary.

Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we'll send you an email with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number.

It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.

On average, orders take 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system. However in some situations, it can take three to eight business days for an order to receive an initial update and updates may differ depending on the destination country. If tracking information is not available, please allow 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped for the system to update.
